Doha, Al Rayyan and Al Daayen municipalities recorded the highest activity in terms of transaction value last month
The volume of real estate transactions recorded with Qatar’s Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during December 2025 amounted to over QAR1.99 billion ($543.4 million).
