Abu Dhabi has issued a temporary freeze on rent increases across all residential, commercial and industrial properties.
“Your rent stays the same,” Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (Adrec) said in a social media post on Tuesday.
The step is in effect across Abu Dhabi, it said, adding that all tenancy contract renewals will be processed at a zero percent increase for the duration of the measure.
